Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Design or color preference
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, including sizing charts, before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will provide a replacement or refund if an item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
To submit a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will either issue a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund to the original payment method.
Design and Print Quality
All products are printed at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Minor variations in color may occur between screen displays and the final printed product
Sizing
Each product page includes a sizing chart for reference. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the sizing information. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with neighbors and the shipping carrier
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe after purchase. After an order has entered production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
